Manny Pacquiao’s teams, confirmed that negotiations have been reopened between the camps of the Pacquiao team and Floyd Mayweather Jr team. Donaire has won his last 24 fights in a row dating from 2001. His only defeat, the second fight of his career that year was against Rosendo Sanchez by unanimous decision. His latest victory was a KO in the fourth round over Wladimir Sidorenko on December 4th, 2010. He aggressively knocked down the Ukrainian star three times in round four for the victory. Previous to that fight he had impressed fight fans by fighting southpaw for the first five rounds of a bout against Hernan Marquez then turning right handed to defeat him by TKO in the eighth round on July 10, 2010.

Montiel is known for his patience, toughness and resilience. Thus, it is futile to expect him to get frustrated. He will continue to fight his way inside even if it would mean taking a few shots along the way.
